We fully  understand that not all learning and activities can be Christmas related and that some families prefer a more academic approach over the month-long school holidays. 

So here is a math and motor planning activity – all you really need is a bit of imagination.  The level of the activity will depend on the age of your child.  You can add writing down weight’s and measurements into the mix.  You can do comparisons about what is heavier and/or lighter and so much more.

The kitchen is an autistic parents’ paradise from a learning perspective.  There is so much you can do and so much that you already have in the cupboards. Not all learning resources need to cost extra money over the holidays!
